BDO Iraq Academy is seeking a motivated and dynamic Full-Time Academic Advisor to join our team in Baghdad (Onsite).
The selected candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships, and achieving the sales targets set by management. The role requires a balance of academic advisory skills, business development mindset, and excellent communication abilities.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Baghdad, Iraq.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field).
- Fresh graduate or previous experience in training, education, or academic advisory.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint in particular).
- Good to excellent command of English (Spoken and Written).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
- High level of professionalism, organization, and commitment to deadlines.
