BDO Jordan is hiring: Assistant Manager- Advisory Services

Level: Experienced

BDO Jordan is expanding its team and is therefore seeking to hire a professional Assistant Manager.

The Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the line manager in projects management, leading the team, developing proposals for new opportunities, creating detailed work plans for projects, and ensuring their successful implementation. Additionally, the selected candidate will represent BDO Jordan at project meetings, seminars, conferences, and other events.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Not less than 10 years of relevant professional experience, with previous involvement in management or advisory consulting.
  • Having a PMP, RMP, GRCP, or other professional certificates is preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management.
  • Proficiency in developing project methodologies.
  • The capacity for analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • The ability to work under pressure, meet demanding deadlines, and navigate uncertainty with minimal guidance.
  • Experience in technical writing.
  • Strong prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with fluency in English. Ideally, a level of at least 6 in IELTS is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Working Conditions: The Assistant Manager will typically work in an office environment and may occasionally be required to travel within Jordan or abroad for fieldwork assignments. The role may require occasional work outside of regular business hours to meet deadlines.
