Business Development & Corporate Relations Officer – Iraq

BDO Iraq, a professional services provider, is expanding its team and is looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development & Corporate Relations Officer to join our education and training academy. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to build strategic partnerships, develop business opportunities, and contribute directly to the department’s continued growth and market presence.
Job Description:
Develop business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and manage relationships with companies and external entities to strengthen the organization’s position in the training and education market.

Qualifications & Experience Required:
  • University degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field).
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in business development or corporate relations, preferably in an educational or training environment.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, persuasion, and presentation.
  • Ability to prepare partnership proposals and business offers professionally.
  • Good knowledge of the training and educational services market.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to effectively analyze business opportunities.
  • Strong team spirit and ability to achieve targets within set timelines.
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Experience working with major institutions and companies, with a strong professional network in the local market.
