• Leading sales, marketing, and business development efforts
• Managing supply chain operations, inventory, and logistics
• Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and performance management
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and clients
• Leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
• Ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
We are looking for a seasoned executive who brings:
• A proven track record in a senior leadership role (General Manager, CEO, CFO, or similar)
• Experience in the automotive, tire, or related sectors (strongly preferred)
• Strong financial acumen and business planning capabilities
• Deep understanding of sales, service, and supply chain operations
• A hands-on leadership style with excellent decision-making and people skills
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications
• Professional certifications such as MBA, PMP, CMA, or CPA
• Experience managing exclusive distribution agreements and working with international brands
