Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the firm’s HR strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Advise senior management on organizational structure, workforce planning and people-related priorities.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management and succession planning.
- Develop employee engagement, retention and organizational culture initiatives.
- Oversee learning and development programmes and leadership development plans.
- Manage compensation, benefits, HR policies and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Jordanian labour legislation and internal governance requirements.
- Establish and monitor HR metrics, workforce reports and performance indicators.
- Lead and develop the HR team while promoting professional, ethical and inclusive workplace practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; a relevant master’s degree is preferred.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- At least 10 years of progressive human resources experience, including substantial experience in a senior HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Jordanian labour law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in organizational development, talent management and performance management.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management and decision-making capabilities.
- High professional integrity, discretion and ability to manage confidential matters.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
