Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated “ICT Consulting Services Manager” to join our growing team in Amman. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing complex IT advisory engagements, and providing expert guidance and solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex IT advisory engagements, including IT strategy, risk assessment, and implementation.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of IT issues, such as cybersecurity, data privacy, and technology governance.
- Develop and implement innovative IT solutions that address our clients' specific needs and challenges.
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, ensuring their professional development and effective performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the IT industry.
- Seek continuous service and process improvement opportunities by actively reviewing services across the BDO portfolio for clients, IT teams, and other stakeholders to develop and streamline processes.
- Build trusted, productive, and sustainable relationships with clients and vendors to ensure the delivery of maximum value in the services offered.
- Provide guidance and consultation on software applications and services.
- Prepare and deliver effective and consistent presentations, documentation, and other materials to clients and the IT team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT advisory or consulting, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of IT risk management and compliance frameworks.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP are preferred.
