BDO Jordan, a leading provider of professional services, is expanding its team and is looking for ambitious and motivated Junior Consultants to join our dynamic Financial Advisory department. Responsibilities
As a Junior Consultant at BDO Jordan, you'll play a key role in supporting our advisory and research work across a range of sectors. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Project research and analysis: Conducting desktop research, supporting data collection and analysis, and preparing concise summaries of findings.
• Client deliverables: Assisting in the drafting of reports, proposals, presentations, and evaluations with attention to structure, accuracy, and clarity.
• Field coordination support: Helping plan and coordinate field visits, interviews, workshops, and stakeholder consultations across Jordan and the region.
• Team support: Participating in internal meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on actions to ensure efficient project execution.
• Documentation and knowledge management: Organizing project files, tracking deliverables, and contributing to internal learning and content development.

Qualifications
We're looking for driven and capable early-career professionals who bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships, volunteer projects, or university-based research.
• Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced team environment.
• Willingness to travel and contribute to multi-sector projects across the region.
