BDO Jordan is expanding its Internal Audit Team and is looking for a motivated and skilled Internal Auditor to join our growing team.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, or related fields.
- Experience in consulting/advisory services is highly preferred.
- CIA certification is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong data analytics and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret large sets of data.
- Good understanding of internal audit, risk management, governance, and internal controls.
- English language is essential, both written and spoken.
- Strong report-writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a professional consulting team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
- Execute internal audit engagements in accordance with professional standards and approved methodologies.
- Perform risk assessments and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
- Conduct walkthroughs, testing, data analysis, and audit procedures.
- Identify control weaknesses, assess risks, and develop practical recommendations.
- Prepare clear and professional audit working papers and reports.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations with clients and management.
- Support the team in delivering internal audit and advisory assignments across different industries.
