Project Manager Assistant to the Managing Partner (Full time)

We are seeking a high-caliber Project Manager Assistant to work closely with the Managing Partner, providing trusted support across follow-up, coordination, and execution of strategic and operational priorities.
This role requires absolute confidentiality, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders inside and outside the firm, including senior leadership, partners, clients, and external counterparts.

Qualifications
Education
One of the following (or equivalent practical experience):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, International Relations, Economics, or Communications
  • A Master’s degree is an advantage, not a must (MBA, Management, or related fields)

Professional Experience
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:
    • Project coordination / project management support
    • Executive Assistant or senior management support roles
    • Consulting, professional services, or advisory firms
    • Roles involving direct exposure to senior leadership
  • Proven experience working with:
    • Multiple internal and external stakeholders
    • Sensitive and confidential information
    • Complex follow-up, reporting, and coordination environments

Core Competencies (Must-Have)
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)
  • Excellent follow-up and tracking discipline
  • High level of organization, prioritization, and time management
  • Ability to communicate professionally with:
    • Partners and senior management
    • Clients and donors
    • External partners, consultants, and institutions
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence

Technical & Professional Skills
  • Strong command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with project tracking tools (e.g. MS Project, or similar – an advantage)
  • Ability to prepare:
    • Briefings, summaries, and follow-up notes
    • Professional correspondence and meeting minutes
