Qualifications
Education
One of the following (or equivalent practical experience):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, International Relations, Economics, or Communications
- A Master’s degree is an advantage, not a must (MBA, Management, or related fields)
Professional Experience
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:
- Project coordination / project management support
- Executive Assistant or senior management support roles
- Consulting, professional services, or advisory firms
- Roles involving direct exposure to senior leadership
- Proven experience working with:
- Multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Sensitive and confidential information
- Complex follow-up, reporting, and coordination environments
Core Competencies (Must-Have)
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)
- Excellent follow-up and tracking discipline
- High level of organization, prioritization, and time management
- Ability to communicate professionally with:
- Partners and senior management
- Clients and donors
- External partners, consultants, and institutions
- Sound judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project tracking tools (e.g. MS Project, or similar – an advantage)
- Ability to prepare:
- Briefings, summaries, and follow-up notes
- Professional correspondence and meeting minutes
