Job Description:
BDO Jordan is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Software Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation and support of our new HR tracking solution.
Key Responsibilities:

Implementation:
- Conduct thorough testing of the software to identify and report bugs to the development team.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation process.
- Actively gather user feedback and propose innovative solutions to enhance the product's functionality and user experience.
- Provide timely and effective technical support to users throughout the implementation phase.
Documentation:
- Develop comprehensive system documentation, including technical manuals, user guides, and other relevant materials.
- Clearly articulate complex technical concepts in a user-friendly manner.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in software implementation or technical support
Strong technical writing and reporting skills
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
A quality-oriented approach to work
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic
Strong organizational and time management skills
A passion for delivering exceptional results
