Training Coordinator – Iraq

BDO Iraq, a professional services provider, is expanding its team and is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our education and training academy. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to coordinate and manage training programs efficiently, ensuring smooth execution and contributing directly to the department’s operational excellence.
Job Description:
Coordinate and manage training programs efficiently from planning to evaluation, ensuring a distinguished training experience for participants.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with trainers to ensure readiness of training content.
  • Prepare training schedules and organize course timings.
  • Communicate with trainees and provide support before, during, and after the course.
  • Prepare training rooms and materials and ensure availability of technical tools.
  • Follow up on registrations, attendance, and prepare performance reports for each course.
  • Collect and evaluate participants’ feedback to improve training quality.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to implement the annual training plan.
  • Continuously update the database of courses and trainers.
  • Applicants must be of Iraqi nationality.

Qualifications & Experience Required:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training coordination or educational event management.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
  • Good to excellent English proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse personalities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in an educational or training environment.
