BDO Jordan is Expanding Education & TVET Experts Network

BDO Jordan is expanding its pool of education and TVET sector experts pool for regional and international assignments with development partners and agencies.

We are currently seeking senior experts with demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Education Management Information Systems (EMIS) Expert
  • Experience in national education data systems, EMIS architecture, interoperability, dashboards, data governance, and education sector digitalization.
• Learning Assessment / Psychometrics Expert
  • Experience in large-scale student assessments, EGRA/EGMA/PISA/TIMSS-type frameworks, psychometrics, item development, competency-based assessment, and learning outcomes measurement.
• Curriculum & Pedagogy Specialist
  • Experience in curriculum reform, competency-based education, instructional design, teacher development, and learning methodologies.
• Digital Learning / EdTech Specialist
  • Experience in LMS platforms, digital learning systems, blended learning, e-learning transformation, and education technology integration.
• Education Financing & Public Financial Management Expert
  • Experience in education sector financing, public expenditure analysis, fiduciary systems, donor financing mechanisms, and education budgeting frameworks.
• TVET Systems & Workforce Development Expert
  • Experience in TVET reform, occupational standards, accreditation systems, DACUM/CBT methodologies, workforce alignment, and skills development systems.
• Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Expert – Education Sector
  • Experience in education-sector MEL systems, performance frameworks, KPI development, mixed-method evaluations, and donor reporting systems.
Preferred qualifications include:
  • Experience with UNICEF, UNESCO, World Bank, EU, GIZ, USAID, or other development partners.
  • Regional experience in MENA and fragile or conflict-affected contexts.
  • Advanced academic qualifications relevant to the thematic area.
