As part of its commitment to fostering a positive and sustainable work environment, BDO Jordan announced the launch of a complimentary training program for its female employees titled “Integrated Well-Being for Women,” facilitated by Dr. Nour Dawla. The program commenced at the company’s headquarters on September 24, 2025, and ended on October 28, 2025.

The program was designed to empower participants to achieve holistic balance across psychological, physical, emotional, and social dimensions of wellness, while enhancing mental and health awareness and strengthening financial and professional competencies. By doing so, it supported the integration of female employees into the workplace, promoted productivity, and fostered a culture of innovation and women’s leadership.

Core topics included the principles of integrated well-being and its impact on the workplace, emotional intelligence and emotion management, family systems and intergenerational trauma, shadow and reflection theories in interpersonal relationships, physical health and recovery, financial and professional wellness, and concepts of success and leadership.

The training spanned fifteen hours across multiple sessions, held twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM, starting September 24, 2025.

BDO Jordan affirmed that this initiative reflected its ongoing commitment to supporting the well-being of female employees and enabling them to achieve a sustainable work-life balance, ultimately enhancing the overall quality and sustainability of the work environment. Department heads were invited to nominate three female employees from each department to participate, given the program’s significance and its direct contribution to women’s empowerment and professional development within the organization.
