BDO Jordan Recognized at the Closing Ceremony of the Rural Economic Development & Employment Program

Amman, Jordan — Under the patronage of H.E. Eng. Yarub Qudah, Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply, the Jordan Enterprise Development Corporation (JEDCO) honored BDO Jordan during the closing ceremony of the Rural Economic Development and Employment Program, held on Thursday, 20 November 2025 at the Four Seasons Hotel – Amman, with the participation of national and international stakeholders and implementing partners.

This recognition highlights BDO Jordan’s role in delivering a set of specialized studies under the program, including the economic and social impact study and the End Line Evaluation. The firm provided a comprehensive analytical assessment of the program’s interventions and their impact on rural communities, supporting informed planning and evidence-based decision-making.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Rami Samman, Managing Partner at BDO Jordan and BDO Iraq, along with representatives of partner organizations. The award shield was received on behalf of the firm by Dr. Wafaa Abu Samra, Director of the Financial Advisory Department, in appreciation of the team's efforts in delivering high-quality evaluation, documentation, data analysis, and practical, actionable recommendations.

This event comes as part of the Corporation’s efforts to celebrate the achievements of the program, which aims to advance sustainable development, enhance economic opportunities, improve the quality of life for rural households, increase resilience, support entrepreneurship, strengthen food security, and mitigate climate-change impacts across various governorates in Jordan.
