RAWYA SAMI

Rawya Sami is a Senior Manager in the Advisory Department at BDO Jordan with over 18 years of experience in proposal leadership, consulting delivery, PMO governance, and strategic communications. She leads multi-stakeholder consulting engagements across public sector, development programmes, and private sector assignments, with particular expertise in proposal development, project lifecycle management, and institutional capacity strengthening.

Rawya has extensive experience establishing structured PMO practices across complex workstreams, including cadence management, review gates, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) tracking, and quality assurance mechanisms to enhance delivery predictability and reporting discipline. She contributes to solution design, work planning, resourcing coordination, and stakeholder alignment across regional consulting pursuits.

Her portfolio includes advisory and evaluation assignments in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL/MEL), Third-Party Monitoring (TPM), gender analysis and Gender-Responsive Budgeting (GRB), institutional assessments, and strategic communication frameworks. She has collaborated with organizations such as UN Women, UNDP, UNICEF, UNOCHA, USAID programmes, and national public institutions, supporting evidence-based reporting and decision-making aligned with donor and UN standards.
